As a 1st AD, I’m the person who keeps things moving without making the day feel like a checklist. I like being the calm in the middle of the storm , someone the crew can rely on and trust. I’m organized, clear, and always aware of how the energy on set affects the work. I try to create a rhythm that keeps us on track while still leaving room for creativity and collaboration. My goal is always the same: to support the director’s vision, protect the time, and make sure everyone feels taken care of.
